This mod was possibly the best fit for my needs of all they had on display ... why would I want an exchange?! The fact that 1) they didn't tell me on the front end of the sale that they only accept exchanges (which would have changed my decision to buy in the first place) and 2) would not offer to refund my money less a restocking fee (as the tank was the only thing they would have to replace) means I would never recommend this vape shop to anyone.
