On our wedding day they delivered the wrong bounce house (not a castle) and no balloon arch. I have been emailing and texting them since my wedding for a refund of the $200 balloon arch at the minimum. No response, they are ghosting me. Horrible horrible company, no customer service at all and have robbed me.
