Rented the 20 foot wave water slide for my kids' 10th birthday. Everyone I interacted with was great, from the initial phone contact, to Bill who came to visit my property to see if a slide would fit in my driveway, to the nice young men who came to set up and remove the slide. After setup there was initially a problem with the hose (about half the water was coming down the outside of the slide); I called and they came right back and fixed it before the party. We rented a rock climbing wall for an elementary school event with 150+ kids for 3 hours. The Initial communication was very easy. They put us on their book during the first call. A quote/invoice was provided promptly subsequently. Calls were typically picked up quickly and questions were answers. The only time that I try to reach them quickly and no one answered the phone, I was able to get someone to call me back via the online chat on their website. HUGE plus! The office was able to provide certificate of insurance that we requested. They also have a very convenient rain cancellation policy. On the day of the event, a team of 3 arrived very early, and completed the set up almost an hour prior to the event. It was such a popular activities and there was a small line from the beginning to the end. They do need pallet to put down the rock climbing wall on grass, so it is important to communicate where the rock wall will be prior to the event. I wanted to surprise my son with a party on a very short notice. I called a few other companies to compare prices and Party Jump had the best price. They also were able to work with our dirt landscaping, which other companies would not. (totally understandable) They were able to bring a water slide the next day! I wanted to keep the cost down so I requested the cheapest water slide they had. Milli, helped me with everything and she knew that I was interested in a bigger more expensive one but was too cheap to pay for it. lol- When the young men set up the slide I was so happy to see that it was the one that I originally wanted! I've been using Party Jump for years for kids birthdays. They are very accommodating. Would like to give five stars but wound up getting my shop vac to vacuum out pet hair, candy wrappers and wood chips out of the last one, after they swept it out with a broom I had to provide for them. I reached out to Bill on a Wednesday to see if they would be able to deliver a water slide the next day. To my surprise he said yes and his pricing was lower than competitors. I requested a phone call 15 minutes prior to delivery so we could get the kids out of the house to surprise them. They called as promised. The setup was quick and professional. We just used this company for our school's field day. I had heard horror stories from different companies that were used in the past. I was nervous using PJ because they were located in Santa Rosa and we are on the Peninsula but the owner assured me we would still get local service. He was right!!! Although two of our houses lost air quickly due to a generator problem, they were on the scene 10 minutes later and stayed the rest of the afternoon. Not just for kids - Party Jump was an unforgettable highlight of our wedding. The Giant Slide was incredibly fun (and even sort of a bonding experience to go up and down it together). Most of our guests probably went down at least 5 times. We also rented the Gladiator Joust, which was great as well. Party Jump was responsive and professional, and we appreciate that they were able to work with us on unusual hours (our celebration went until 3am). We had no issues whatsoever coordinating with them. One word of warning: on the slide, it's easy to get friction burns. As a host, I'd suggest warning people about that and making sure they know to quickly treat (ie clean) any friction burns. Completely worth it though. read more

Garbage jumper that cost 250 held together by ductape had rocks and dirt in it and smelled like mildew find another company to use and safe the headache this company needs to be more cleanly dealing with kids and rentals they say been in business for 20 years and I don't know how. They were 1 hour late, and didnt bother to call us. We tried calling them repeatedly with no answer. The guy who dropped it off didnt secure it to the ground, the jumpy was filthy and patched together with duct tape, and 24 hours after they were supposed to pick it up its still in my yard. WOW - what fun was had by all! The mechanical bull was a highlight of a party in Half Moon Bay recently. The attendant was great with children and adults alike depending on how quiet or active they wanted the bull to be. I had not realized one would fall onto the bouncy base. The jumpy house showed up wet, smelling like mildew, with hair and other funk inside. The company also forgot to bring the snow cone machine and claimed not to have know one was ordered even though we confirmed. They never sent an e-mail confirmation like they said they would. When we contacted the manager he said the owner was out of town for a week. Hesitant to do anything to fix the situation, the 'manager' said he couldnt come pick it up and agreed on a discount and that we could keep it over night for the inconveinence. Later that night an employee came to pick it up. When we called the manager about why he wasn't picking it up in the morning like we agreed he was very rude and said he already booked it for another party in the morning and didn't remember saying we could keep it overnight. Very Bad service. We've used this company the last three years and will never again! read more
