There are plenty of tenants which includes 99 Cents, Michaels, Burlington, Marshals, Black Angus Steakhouse, Sally Beauty Supply, Americas Tires and many more. They used to have an inexpensive Movie Theater. But when pandemic came, they closed and never reopened. At one time, they had a trade fair in between the Theater and Black Angus Steakhouse parking lot. It was fun. I had a good time browsing the shops. I even purchased a Velvet Cake in a cup. i've been going to this place for about 15 years and i've never had any issue until today, i came…read morein looking for thermals and the kind man in the printing area pointed me in 2 areas where i can find them 1 where there's a thermal set and 2 where there's thermal tops, while the thermal set was on the floor the tops weren't so i asked the young man on the floor where i can find them he said there wasn't any and when i asked if there was some in the back he told me there wasn't any in the store at all because they're not in season. so when i went back to the man in printing asking about the thermal sets, he assured me that they in fact DO have tops in the back also and proceeded to ask the man (penny or benny im not sure) on the floor to get them for me and that's when i noticed the man on the floor was visually upset that he had to go grab the thermal from the back. he asked what color i wanted and i told him & he brought it out for me and i tried it on and when i asked for another color he said we only have black which i don't know if that was true because he lied about not having thermals in general so i asked for a different size and before going to the back he asked me "are you even going to buy it"...NEVER have i ever been asked by any retail associate anywhere "are you even going to buy it" i told him yes i just need to know what size fits me best. he brought it out and i went to check out *there was no one else there at this time* and as he saw me waiting to check out he kept folding clothes until he finished and then checked me out. i felt so disrespected & disappointed i was treated this way, mind you i'll say again i've been going here for almost 15 years maybe more and never had any issue and it sucks because i love this place all around but the customer service sucked, the man in printing was great & very helpful and without him i would've left empty handed. i almost feel bad leaving this review but 1 persons actions reflect the business as a whole & this experience deserved a review

The atmosphere is rich, rustic, thoughtfully and uniquely decorated but not "pretty". Perfect for me. It's mostly old wooden furniture and fixtures but there are plenty of smaller items to check out, too. If I didn't sell my truck recently, I would have easily purchased a waterfall dresser or some other large piece-- their prices are fair! There were two kind gentlemen running the place together. They genuinely welcomed me and my two grown kids, and seemed pleased to have customers. It's always great to feel valued. The three of us really had fun looking around and we did make some purchases. I would definitely return.

I have to say, I am tired of bending over backwards to make a donation happen. Hours and days of donation have become inconsistent and worse the last couple of years. I call in advance and still was turned away my last 3 attempts to donate on arrival. This last time I showed up during open hours just to find a closed sign for lunch. But no indication of this during my call in advance. Complete unprofessionalism and excuses for the lack of professionalism are never ending. It was apparent the speech of excuses to address the shortcomings has been given often. Will never donate or drive the distance to support. I can find an organization who truly wants the community engaged in their mission.
