I believe in Valley Oasis Thrift Shop. So much so, I drive quite a bit to donate rather than go to a Goodwill 3 minutes away. I have been supportive for almost two decades. I have to say, I am tired of bending over backwards to make a donation happen. Hours and days of donation have become inconsistent and worse the last couple of years. I call in advance and still was turned away my last 3 attempts to donate on arrival. This last time I showed up during open hours just to find a closed sign for lunch. But no indication of this during my call in advance. Complete unprofessionalism and excuses for the lack of professionalism are never ending. It was apparent the speech of excuses to address the shortcomings has been given often. Will never donate or drive the distance to support. I can find an organization who truly wants the community engaged in their mission. read more

The prices are fantastic, and the employees were so helpful! We had come from Las Vegas to spend a night in Santa Clarita, and decided to come here based on the reviews on Google. I'm surprised it does not have more reviews on here because the prices are great--I got a great amount of plain glass baking Pyrex, a vintage suitcase in fantastic condition, and some NWT clothing for under $35 total. I was so impressed and if you are anywhere in that area, it is definitely worth the drive! It's not a large store but they have a lot of variety. read more

Don't even bother coming. Every time I make the 30 minute drive out here there closed! Doesn't matter what time or day it is there always closed. Such a waist of time & they don't answer the phone so don't bother calling. At least the goodwills are open when they say they'll be. read more
