The flavor is what you expect from traditionally steamed fish with soy sauce pour over at the end. Super pleased with the options. Very disappointed with our experience. We later realized we had effectively tipped twice. When we prompted the server of this, the server refused to reverse the extra gratuity. Whether intentional or not, the lack of transparency was misleading and left us feeling taken advantage of. Auto-gratuity should be clearly communicated before asking guests to add another tip. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the restaurant addresses this practice so it doesn't happen to other customers. Also, out of the entire menu they only had three ramen choices available. Everything was essentially sold out.
