We ordered the mixed tapas/appetizer plate and then split the vegetarian fajitas. The appetizer was perfect for us since it had a variety of snacks, none of which I can properly describe but all of which were great. As someone that has been in France for almost a year now, their take on classic fajitas was the closest thing I've had to Mexican/spicy food in a long time. Absolutely delicious! Served hot, with plenty of accompanying sauces (guac, "sour cream," salsa, and shredded (dare I say, cheddar?!) cheese! To top it off, the atmosphere was cozy, full of quaint tomato and pepper themed decorations. If ever again in Chartres, I would most definitely go back!
