Please know that they are completely…read moreunderstaffed and are unable to hire more employees because of budgeting constraints placed on them by the higher-ups and owners of the Nemacolin Resort. Dogs are put out to play with dogs they may have never met, unsupervised by staff in person. There is also no hot water in most of the sinks, so all dog bowls are washed in cold or lukewarm water (there's no dishwasher). The dogs are let outside much too infrequently, particularly in busier seasons/days. The play equipment for the dogs is very old, a lot of things falling apart, with again, no budget to upgrade to better play equipnment. Do not recommend - and especially with the latest Nemcolin Woodlands Resort debacle, things will never get any better now at this kennel.
