I initially decided to give them a try out of convenience but I can assure you I have rebooked Jessica for boarding over and over again with no hesitation. She provides excellent care for both of my dogs in the warmth and comfort of her own home and leaves me with no doubts whenever they are in her care. You can tell she genuinely has a heart for animals and is very approachable. She happily listens to any requests, quirks, or concerns and has always been more than flexible upon drop off and pick up. We eventually found this place and they were SO welcoming! We dropped them off and they had so many great options for the dogs, including licky mats and a Thanksgiving meal! We got some amazing pictures and they really went above and beyond to play with the dogs and make sure that they were well loved and exercised. They even put their food into kongs to give them more stimulation. Really such a wonderful caring place and for half the price of what we would have paid at a dog hotel where they wouldn't have gotten that love and attention.
