Having him with us on the tours helped us feel confident we were asking all the right questions. With David's expert help we were able to find the perfect place in record time. David not only helped us to explore the best available options based on our needs he also provided invaluable information about things we needed to keep in mind as we went through the process of choosing a place and how to make it happen. We learned that some of the things we had been worried about were not really issues. He made us aware of things we had not even thought about that we needed to know. Now only a month later, my mom is happily getting settled into her perfect new home. I can't say enough good things about David and about Assisted Living Locators.

I googled for the phone number then called what I thought was that facility. Towards the end of the conversation, they advised they were NOT the facility but someone that could help with my search. I didn't want help. I wanted the one facility I thought I had called. I have since been bombarded with phone calls, and text messages from numerous facilities (sometimes 20 a day). They turned a stressful situation into more stress and aggravation. Two months go by (no further conversation with A Place for Mom), but additional conversations with my friend. Who again recommended the facility where his mom is living. We stopped out, got a tour and fell in love. Only now, A Place for Mom wants a big payout. No thank you! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor, stay clear of A Place for Mom.

Kaycee Popham completely took advantage of my inexperience and dementia suffering father. Took him to places he couldn't afford, misrepresented costs, and was unavailable/uncommunicative throughout the process. I called Care Patrol and req a new rep because of her lack of communication that fell on deaf ears. After apologizing, she found a place she represented as affordable, yet didn't go over any details with me other than "we got him everything he wanted". When it came down to sign the agreement, she told the facility I didn't need to be involved. So a man suffering from dementia signed an 80 pg document he didn't understand, with no one to explain it to him, filled with NOTHING she promised. She did not inform the facility of his dementia, incontinence, or medication needs. The facility was shocked and immediately tried following up Kaycee for days, to no response. I set up a conference call with her and "her boss" Ryan Buck at a specific time that was confirmed with multiple texts and received no call. She responded a while later, again apologizing for her incompetence saying she "did the math wrong". Shocker. AWFUL experience every step of the way. Avoid Care Patrol of Northeast Ohio, because they will avoid responsibility, communication, and being truthful with you.

Rosedale staff provide quality services and really care about the residents and their quality of life. It's very clean and well kept. Each department has dedicated workers at all levels, housekeeping, dietary, nursing staff, activities program, (life enrichment) , administration, and reception.
