I have to say the design and amenities available in this school are really impressive. It is so nice inside! It was very thought out from the play area to entertain kids before and after class, heated space and water, showers, available blow dryers, high locks so little ones can't open the door while you're changing, to the machines to suck the water out of your clothes. The class was great. My son can have his moments of not wanting to do what you want him to do (he's almost 2), but Zayda was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I loved her interactions and how she explained everything. They use a lot of tools to make them comfortable and it makes the class really fun. So glad they opened in the area.

The pool is too cold to keep a toddler there for 40 min without then shivering a few min in. Too many kids a class. Day of last class: a few classes were cancelled because fecal matter was in the pool and they had to disinfect it. I was offered a refund for the 1 class that was rescheduled to a date I was unable to make. My 2 year old son learned nothing. There are too many kids in a class for just 1 instructor and it takes away from the purpose of this class. Disappointed in the results.

The main issue we had was that parents are only allowed to watch the first and last class, so we were very uncomfortable with the idea of leaving our child (a very beginner level swimmer) in a class with 7-8 student to one instructor. Although it's helpful for the kids who may get distracted if parents are right there. Another issue was that some of the kids have severe anxiety and are pretty much crying through the entire lesson. You can't really avoid this but it may not be a good idea if your kid is easily influenced by others around him/her. My son started crying after seeing the other kid cry and that pretty much ruined the lessons. I liked that they were understanding to our situation and let us get a refund after we tried the first class. The swimming pool is NOT a heated pool. The room with the pool is temperature controlled and humid but the pool itself is not heated. My son was freezing during his lesson and was visibly shivering the entire time. I think the programs offered by this place is best for those who already know how to swim but want to improve or practice more.

Extremely unprofessional establishment…read more They lack consistency when it comes to pricing, rules, and openings hours. Everyone who works there thrives in toxicity, they're no such thing as an authority figure handling concerns or ensuring the facility is run properly It seems like there's no supervisors at all, there's no one available who genuinely seems interested in helping if you have any issues and concerns. The pool itself is often dirty, which is disappointing considering the number of people paying to be there. The check in process is also extremely slow. It shouldn't take 15 minutes or more to check in each guest, especially when people are standing outside in 100 degree NYC heat. The staff and lifeguards are another major issue. While I understand many of them are HighSchoolers, that doesn't excuse rude behavior or a lack of professionalism. Many of them come across as disrespectful for no reason Another frustrating issue is the inconsistent rules. They seem to change from day to day, sometimes even within the same week. I understand the purpose of adult swim at a crowded pool, but constantly changing the age requirement without clear communication only creates confusion and unnecessary frustration for guests. Overall, the management, cleanliness, customer service, and inconsistent policies make this a disappointing experience. They don't have any respect for anyone they are just rude and act based on their mood would give zero starts if i could!!!!!

The staff is all very nice and they're all good with how they teach the students. The facility is really clean too. I love that it's inside the mall, so after the kids are done swimming, there are a ton of food options and activities to do nearby. Overall, very good experience and the kids all seem to love it. I first thought that 30 minutes was too short, but it's actually the right amount of time for a class. Highly recommend this if you're thinking of putting your kids into swim.

Throughout entire 2024 and 2025 I have been sending my 5-year-old daughter, and still sending her to swimming lessons at the Flushing Goldfish Swim schools. Not only these lessons are Damn expensive (40 bucks for 30 mins and 4-1 teacher to student ratio), BUT MY 5 YEAR OLD HAS NOT IMPROVED A SINGLE FREAKING SKILL throughout 2 years!! I have asked her what's wrong and she said she had been paying attention every single class... I don't see a freaking problem. Well, actually, I know the problem: These god Damm managers have ignored me when I have informed them of this situation. Even when I stepped in again, they refused to do anything about it. Seriously they had no sympathy. What a shame. These "managers" should NOT be working there. How rude. I am addressing the higher department in this case. Please do something about this. Thanks for understanding!

For the groups, your work out is what you make of it, the trainer offers modification for mobility limits (or until you get strong enough). Generally, the workouts are moderately challenging, so if you are lazy, you will not get the most out of the 30 minutes- so don't complain, give it your all and you will feel it! And if you want more challenge, the trainer will offer a modification. This is also all women, which I prefer. Pricing is more than most, but you are paying for the quality of your workouts and not the quantity of the square feet. Scheduling is flexible, but you must be on time for your sessions or else you lose it- again it is what you make of it The space is clean, temperature cool, and they offer free beverages and snacks.
