Teresa's approach is loving and trusting but with the right amount of "tough love" that teaches the children how to survive in any water survival situation. My 2 year old most recently was tested in a real life situation when she lost her balance on a pool step and fell backwards in the pool; she instantly almost naturally knew to float on her back with her chin up until she knew she was near the pool wall to grab on. My child would never have learned this skill and most importantly done it under pressure without the teachings of "T.T.". The thing that impressed me the most when I first met Teresa was the fact that this special lady is truly in the business of teaching children to swim because she wants to save lives-and I know for a fact that she is every time she gets in the pool to teach a child! I will forever feel blessed that our paths crossed.
