Shelby is a dedicated professional and an excellent part of Dr. Greene's team. She takes the time to explain everything she does while examining you as well as offers advice. Plus she always has an assistant with her taking notes, helping out. Dr. Greene has organized a group of medical professionals. I'm very pleased with his office and Miss Lantier. I left the office today with a clean slate!!! :)

He takes the time to explain what he is seeing, and continues to support and educate you about the types of possible skin cancer etc. He ALWAYS follows up with his findings in a timely manner. Also, his office/building is super "fancy". Not sure how better to explain it. Large floral bouquets, granite counter tops, lots of wood work etc. I highly recommend Dr. Greene. While she examined me she noticed the bump and stated that's a hernia. And she mentioned a doctor who specialized in hernia's by the name of Dr. David Burns. I told her I had scheduled an appointment shortly after my appointment with her with my regular doctor for him to look at it. Within a few hours I visited my regular doctor and he to stated it was a hernia. I showed him the name of the doctor my dermatologist mentioned and he said he had met him and suggested I try him. I came home and called his office and got an appointment on July 16th. I met Dr. Burns on the 16th, he said it's a hernia. I said you have been recommended by 2 other medical people and I'd like you to perform the operation. He directed me down the hall to his private secretary Veronica, and she sat with me went over the details and times available. My surgery was scheduled right then and there, August 8th. Everything went well. 19 days, everything said and done! I was pleased with Dr. Burns, Veronica, and the entire operating room staff. They were all professional and caring people.

I'll start with the most egregious piece-- I came in to an appointment to check two concerning spots on my skin. One was frozen off, and the other I was told, after a quick glance, was fine. Two months later I came back because my GP happened to see a spot in my annual that concerned him (missed by the doctor prior). When I asked questions in that biopsy appointment, I was given curt, cold responses and the same "I don't know that's why we're doing the biopsy" response. Biopsy ended up being fine, but I had such a negative experience I decided to change practices. I made a new patient appointment at the new practice, and that doctor performed another full body scan. Not only did this doctor identify another spot that I wasn't aware of that, yet again, the other doctor had missed, BUT ALSO CONFIRMED THE SPOT THAT I WAS PREVIOUSLY CONCERNED ABOUT WAS, IN FACT, CONCERNING, which a biopsy then also confirmed. On top of all this, their customer service is HORRIBLE. It's a huge company and you can't just pick up the phone and call and talk to someone and it seems like everyone is at some central call center in New Jersey or something. Do yourself a favor and find another dermatology practice.

It's a shame, Dr. Weinstein was great, but the support staff could use some customer service skills. Days later I still haven't had anything rescheduled, I've spent way too long on hold, and for a few hundred bucks a trip the least the front line workers could do is act like they care.
