I have to limit my visits as I can't come away with just admiring. However, Deena or one of her employees has to be on constant lookout because so many people leave the store with items they haven't purchased. I have always found her to be more than gracious and even generous, willing to discuss pricing and offering ideas, but she has reason to monitor some people.
