I took in my ring for a replacement mini diamond and claw repair along with my favorite chain that was also broken. The saleswoman was quite rude. She said my ring was very old and needed all claws replaced. Another sales lady over heard our conversation and joined us. She said it was only a suggestion to replace the claws. When I return two days later. I cried joyful tears. The goldsmith did a wonderful job. I highly recommended this design jewelry store. The can redesign all your old jewelry that will amaze you.

I would have never thought to go inside, but a co-worker had mentioned that he received great customer service at this store, so I decided to pop in one day after work. Initially I was a little intimidated by having to ring a doorbell to buzz open the door, but the store itself is intimate and welcoming. I have been looking for jewelry to wear at my wedding for over a month, and have been continually disappointed by the selection at chain stores in malls. The diamond jewelry here is classic and beautiful, and I found what I had invisioned immediately. It looks like a two-person team runs the store (a man and a woman) and both times I visited they were very patient and friendly, and I felt none of the attitude I have experienced from staff at other stores. When I purchased a necklace, it was cleaned for me before being put in a box, and when I mentioned off hand that my engagement ring was dirty, the saleswoman took it back for cleaning and offered the free cleaning service to me at any time I wanted. I am very pleased with the necklace I bought, and enjoyed the low pressure, friendly service at Forest of Jewels.

The front employee was very friendly and helpful, ensuring to check up on us periodically as I took my time looking through their selection. The way this store is organized makes it more suiting for those who have a good idea of what they are looking for, as most of their games are stored in cases or behind the counter. For those just browsing like I was, it is really hard to see what they have behind the counter, as there is a fair distance between you and the shelf. I did appreciate that they were alphabetically organized though! Many of their games also don't come in cases, so if you're curious about what the game is about, you have to look it up on your phone or ask the staff. The other inconvenience was that the games are not marked with prices, so again, you have to ask the employee each time which I found a little tedious. As for their game selection, there were very limited Pokemon and Zelda games, and no Fire Emblem games. That's obviously not a fault on their part, but if you have a particular game in mind, I would recommend calling ahead of time to see if they do have it available.
