I'm not running into anyone when I enter the women's locker room, because the entrance is spacious. This location is very clean. During the COVID pandemic, every other machine is blocked off for "social fitnessing", there are tons of spray bottles filled with disinfectant, paper towels and hand sanitizer stations. I also love the "crowd meter" feature in the app that lets you know how crowded the gym is before you go. It's awesome! Masks are required, but you can remove them when you're on one of the cardio machines, so it's easier to breathe. I feel very safe working out here.

After speaking with a rep at my primary studio, I was told that if the NC studio could book just one class for me, I'd be able to schedule the rest. I've called this studio multiple times over several days--3 to 4 times at least--and no one has answered or returned my calls. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially knowing that studios typically have front desk staff available during operating hours. I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service and communication.

This gym is a place of healing and motivation for every one of those moments in life. In my short time here, my one month membership was welcome. (Only passing through.) There are cross fit athletes, parents that need some movement, high school athletes in teen classes, managers trying fitness for the first time, and everything in between. The coaches have modifications for every exercise. You push your time if you want. Lifting. You work on what you want to work on.
