My tour with Olympia was informative but also straight to the point. Most of my questions were answered. I was referred online for a description of the classes offered. I've visited a few times already for a few workouts. I like the turf training area. I have spent most of my cardio workout sessions on the elliptical machine. Very smooth cardio ride, with no squeaks, and the elliptical seems to be in good working condition. I enjoyed my free personal training session with Coach King. King's training style is challenging and motivating. O2 Fitness seems like a quality workout experience with and without a trainer. Overall good experience. I saw a machine that could use a dust down at the bottom (near foot areas), and at least one elliptical I used could stand to be replaced due to a worn-out part. I've found it to be a bit warmer than I would like for a gym (without a ceiling fan). Perhaps the temp of the AC should be reviewed.

The process was impossible. 2 weeks passed before anybody could give me an answer on how to change my payment method. Then, when it finally got switched, I got hit with late fees and a service charge totaling over $100. An absolute joke of a gym. Stay away at all costs.
