My fiance worked with Charles to create my dream engagement ring. Charles went above and beyond in customer service to make sure everything went smoothly. He ordered several marquise diamonds for my fiance to choose from and then they worked together to design a beautiful solitaire band in white gold that accentuates the diamond lovely. So you can believe me when I say that The Jewelry Studio is THE BEST THERE IS! Ken Saatjian met us with the warm smile & handshake which I was going to call his trademark. But his real "trademark" is providing expert advice & guidance, beautiful metals, exquisite stones, superb craftsmanship - and the highest ethics. We found no other jeweler who checked all those boxes. We felt like family from the day we first walked into The Jewelry Studio. Ken listens: he understood quickly what it was that we wanted to commemorate our 50th Anniversary. Not only did he understand our desire to keep the profile low to protect the stones, but he saw immediately that a channel setting would be just too big & wide. We couldn't decide between diamonds of top color & top clarity. Ken solved that dilemma by providing BOTH (without sacrificing stone size!) & at a price that was extremely competitive. It would be enough if all I could say is that my ring is perfect (It is!), gorgeous (It is!), & arrived promptly (It did). But Ken made multiple adjustments in size, shape, and metal as well. (We had plenty of time and were absolute pests!). He was helpful always, a gentleman throughout, and always made us feel welcome. During the course of the project, I had two other pieces repaired and an appraisal done: prices for all were reasonable and the work promptly completed and extremely professional. I will never be able to say enough times how much I love this place and these people! What a wonderful family with a great shop. My only experience thus far is purchasing our (two) wedding bands from here, and my husband purchased my engagement ring from Ken as well. The Saatjian family at the jewelry studio is amazing! When my husband and I picked out our perfect engagement ring (we lived on the east coast at the time), we had so much trouble finding a wedding band that looked good and complimented my it. Ken was helping me design a ring that could be made by one of the jewelry artists he sells. After several rough drafts and drawings, we still weren't satisfied, so he made a perfect ring for it. We told him the size. cut, clarity, quantity, and price point that we wanted to follow. He was able to match all of our requests, and for under our budget we gave him. Turned out to be the perfect wedding ring set, and we couldn't be more happy and pleased about it. Absolutely a beautiful job!
