Their cleaning style was such that they cross contaminated everything. , I am highly disappointed with their cleaning ladies and the work they did or didn't do. They caused more trouble than the paid help they provided. I shouldn't have paid this company what I paid.. I paid more than the service i received. It was very stressful to deal with them. The cleaners were set to arrive between 8-9 am, they arrived at 9:25. Immediately upon entering our home, they were talking very poorly about us in Spanish, and it was clear they did not want to be there. They went into 1 bathroom and 30 minutes later I received a text from the owner stating they were being told to leave the home due to a "biohazard" condition. I asked what that meant and I was told there were cat and mice feces, and mosquitoes which meant they could not clean. I told her that that was absolutely untrue. She stated they had sent her photos, I asked to see the photos. She told me she would be done with the conversation and to take care. I am so disappointed and considering this company intentionally work with this charity to help people like myself going through cancer treatment, just to be treated so poorly. I have made a recommendation to Cleaning for a Reason to no longer work with them.

The amount of dirt I cleaned up after this service supposedly cleaned is unacceptable. I would never recommend this service to anyone, I could have saved my money and time because regardless I still had to clean & mop the entire place again myself. Update! After…read morecalling for weeks and given the run around from the company they finally called my landlord back. The business owner said the landlord was lying, that he had video from the cleaner showing the place was cleaned. the landlord asked to see the video and the owner refused. The owner then cussed my landlord out calling him a FU*&%$ liar and said he is more than welcome to just sue him because he was done with this. He then hung up in his face. So everything they said about sending someone else out to clean, them trying to make this right, them acknowledging that the cleaner stole supplies from the property and caused more damage is just ignored. Definitely do not use these people. Save yourself the headache, time and money and use someone else who is honest and has integrity. Original Review: I just finished moving out of my old place and wanted some help for my move out cleaning. I texted the number on their website and had someone respond quickly. They were very friendly, gave me info about their company, what all would be done and the price. The price was fair and I booked. They even worked with me moving my cleaning date due to the landlord doing some last minute repairs to the property. This is where the positives end. The day of my cleaning the assigned maid arrived. She did not wear a mask and I had to do my best to keep social distance from her. I walked her through the property and she called her manager to get the pricing for the home. I was expecting a two person team but they sent one person. She said because the house had a small patio room that it would be extra and I agreed. I paid the full amount via venmo and left. The next day my landlord called me and asked if the house had been cleaned? He said if it had I need to request my money back. The tub and sink were terrible. The oven was barely touched. The maid used all of the landlords paper towels he had there for a project, took cleaning supplies and also threw away the bathroom vent cover. That is a piece of the unit and should be cleaned and put back up, not thrown away. I contacted the company and provided photos. They apologized and said they would get with the landlord to get this fixed ASAP. They would send someone else out to get the property cleaned. I am in jeopardy of not getting my deposit back due to them. The landlord spoke to someone named George about this and he said he needed to escalate the issue. It has been a week and no one has reached out to the landlord to make this right. The company also gave the maid my cell phone number and she personally texted me telling me how she did not agree with what I said, why she did not wear a mask, and why she decided to use the paper towels at the home. She brought her own supplies and used supplies at the home without permission. This has made my life so much more complicated. I hired them to make my move out easy but it has now severely complicated it and now it has been dragged out. The company needs to honor their word and make this right ASAP. Get someone out to the property ASAP to clean properly, replace the items and supplies taken by the maid and communicate like they agreed to. Save yourself some time, heart ache and stress and go with another company. This is not worth it at all especially how they allowed all of this to transpire and how they have handled this whole situation.

They are my FOURTH cleaning company I am hiring because everyone else has let me down. When I called to book I explained my needs and what type of cleaner I am looking for and they recommended Judy. I have had Judy weekly for two months and every week I am truly blown away. From my first conversation booking her to when she arrives at my house and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for and again unlike anyone else. She is beyond detailed and get into every nook and cranny. She brings all her own products and is very fast. My bathroom looks brand new like we just built it. Please give them a try.
