The shuttle did not show up. I called the company (they advertise 24 hour service) but no one answered. My wife and I drove ourselves to the airport and left our car in long term parking for a two week vacation because this company lost our reservation. This incurred an unnecessary expense of $98 compared to the $35 charge for the early morning pickup. I called during our trip to give them the opportunity to make the situation right. My call went unreturned. After returning home I called again and gave the facts of the situation to a supervisor who again promised to call me back. I had to follow up with them after this call went unreturned as well. I asked for them to reimburse the cost of my long term parking (cheap lot) minus the expense of the shuttle because that was the expense I incurred because of their failed service. I was told in no uncertain terms that it was simply too bad. This company is bad news.
