I had a bad experience with Uber recently flying to another area so flying into Norfolk airport, I wanted to make sure I secured a ride from the airport to our hotel. I found this company on yelp and so glad I booked with them. From my first communication abt availability to pick, it was professional. Shawn was our driver who was prompt, polite, and informative abt the area. The following day when talking to someone who went with a different ride share company, the cost was the same! We had a spacious, clean, pleasant smelling ride for the same rate as my colleague. So it was a no brainer booking the same service back to the airport. Shawn was a driver again. This was a wonderful car service experience. From the beginning through the end the agency was responsive, professional, and respectful of time. We were transported from Midlothian to Dulles Airport for an international flight. Our driver got us to the airport in time and was there waiting on us when we arrived from our trip to take us home. There were no waiting periods. The vehicle used to transport us was clean and comfortable. We were able to connect our device to listen to music of our choice. They had a bottle of water, writing pads, and pens available if needed. The roundtrip commute was very affordable. Before booking, I compared the price of using this service to driving up to Dulles and parking our vehicle. Since I used a Groupon deal, it turned out less expensive to use the car service than to drive our own car. However, without the Groupon deal you should take into account the stress of DMV traffic as paying a little more would still be worth it. From my experience, I would highly recommend using this company for your transporting needs. read more

A few months ago I was traveling to Tucson from Hampton and had an early morning flight at the Norfolk Airport. I found Opulence on Groupon and I am glad that I did. I wasn't sure whether the driver would be male or female as I was not familiar with the company. To my surprise it was a woman and what a delight she was. She showed me excellent service, excellent conversation, she even convinced me to stay in Hampton as I was speaking with her about relocating. We arrived at the airport safely.
