They asked if she could come in next morning at 8 am. Arrived at 7:45 to find office opens at 8:30. At 10:30 am they had only taken x-rays-- hadn't even started the cleaning yet. I called the front desk because they left her sitting in the exam room that long just WAITING. I was told they are "just running behind." Meanwhile she is missing another several hours of work. If x-rays hadn't already been taken, I would have told my daughter to walk right out. Absolutely HORRID experience and poorly-run practice!
