After he analyzed my swing with high speed cameras and the most current technology, he advised where to improve. I immediately saw a correction in my swing. I would push the ball left, consistently. From the advice he gave me, now I have a 3 to 5 yard draw and I hit higher and farther. I have never have my 7-iron 190-200 yards until now. This was definitely worth it and I would recommend anyone looking for lessons for advice to visit Jason at GolfTec.

My instructor is Joel. He is a very patient, polite, nice guy. He walks me through what I need to do rather than being critical of what I am doing wrong. The facility is easily accessible, clean, and comfortable. They have an instruction room with really cool technology. Also, they have three practice rooms with the techno stuff. I bought a package of practice sessions so I can go in, with a scheduled time, and practice my shots with the technology that shows my flight path of the ball, distance in flight, and distance from tee with the final rollout on the ball. In real life, out on the course, I have reduced my score by 5-8 strokes, am hitting greens on par 3s, and driving the ball further and straighter. My approach shots are more accurate and chipping is lots better. I am headed to FL for the winter where I will have many chances to use my new found skills. Bob C

I called this shop this morning to speak with a representative regarding the driving range. The man…read morewho answered the phone did not want to answer my questions. While he did not outright object, his tone was incredulous when I asked if he could check when it opened. he wanted me to just go to the website. While that is always an option, the man behind the phone could have also easily just answered. His attitude toward a potential customer was very concerning. Furthermore, the rules in this place are incredible. I have never been to a golf course of this quality and seen such an extensive rules list. I am not talking about the obvious rules of respect, kindness, and regard for the time and effort the grounds crews go into. Instead, what I reference are certain rules. "No spectators allowed." - This is incredible. Every course I have golfed at has allowed a rider or spectator. My wife and I love to spend a Sunday morning golfing. I golf and she rides. A few courses ask for a fee for the rider, but never refuse them outright. Most courses I have golfed at have been ok with a rider, and I am alright with paying a fee, but to refuse a spectator outright is egregious. This course is not Augusta National. It's a $15 course in central Indiana. Allow spectators. Charge a fee, but allow spectators. "Please be sure to reserve the appropriate number of players for your tee time; adjusting the number of players at check-in may result in a delayed tee time or cancellation." Plans change. Last week, I called Pebble Brook 40 minutes before a tee time to add 3 more players. No problem at all and certainly no cancellation. A business has the right to refuse business to anyone it wants to, but let's show some sense here. "No outside food or beverage allowed. Personal coolers will be held until the completion of your round." - Again, the extreme rule here is very surprising. I golf around central Indiana a lot and have always been allowed to bring my own water or soda. State law forbids alcohol, and of course, we follow the law, but where am I supposed to hydrate myself? This course will not allow golfers to rent a cart with only 1 person on it, so I find myself walking 18 holes with no water. Does the club employee carry girls who have beverages? Again, not a very well thought-out rule, and completely disregards the comfort of the customer. Overall, I do not think this club is very respectful to its customers. I am no boomer, but the customer should receive a certain amount of respect. I am choosing to spend my money here; please act like I am not a burden on your time. I am sure I will golf here, the course and range are piss cheap, but I won't recommend this club to others, and I'll only golf here when Pebblebrook or Bridgwater are busy. I really hope that ownership makes some changes, as the location is great, the grounds look beautiful via photo, and central Indiana does not have enough fairly priced golf venues.

This was my first time at one of these events and perhaps I had some misconceptions of what would happen. I hit several different drivers and irons but generally hit the clubs that they initially started me on. It was as though they had predetermined what was going to be the best fit for me before I even hit a club. The odd thing is that I spoke with some others who had attended the event and they seemed to have had the same line of clubs recommended to them. It felt as though I had paid money to be sold a product instead of finding out what was best for me. If the event had been free I wouldn't have a complaint but I did pay money for a fitting, not a manufacturers product promotion. In particular the driver that they fit me in had an upcharge shaft which they didn't bother to tell me about until after my fitting was done. Had I known that, I would have wanted to test that club with a standard shaft. I don't want to spend $750 on a single club. I think that I would have a better opinion of their services if they would be upfront about going with premium shafts and cost adders. It may be a completely different experience if you visit their facility, as I said this was at one of their golf course fitting events. My home course pro said that they have a great reputation in the industry, unfortunately I didn't experience this.

My husband's four year old grandson played right alongside everyone and loved every minute. We ordered Pretzel Bites and Fiesta Nachos with Steak. The steak was tender and flavorful. We also grabbed a Grilled Cheese from the kids menu for the little one. The staff kept their energy up all night. Someone stopped by our bay often to check if we needed anything, so we never waited long for refills or extra food. As the night went on, more groups showed up and the whole place filled with a fun buzz. We ran into one hiccup with our bill, but the staff sorted it out quickly. We left happy. The top level has a small patio with yard games if your kids need a break from golfing. I always recommend reserving a bay with a couch instead of the high-top seating. It gives my kids a comfy place to sit, relax, or even sneak in a nap if needed. As soon as we sit down, I order a side of fries. It keeps little hands busy while we wait for the rest of our food. They have junior clubs (including left-handed clubs!) available if you ask. They're still a bit too big for my toddler, so we usually bring his own clubs. It's become such a fun way to practice waiting our turn, following directions, good sportsmanship, and even counting how many balls are left before it's the next person's turn.
