This is a pretty popular golf store located in one of the busiest outdoor malls in all of Western New York - or the state probably, ew - so good luck getting in and out of here if you need some golf stuff. My tip (just the tip) is to maybe combine it with the other stores if you want to have a proper Shopping trip and to justify the traffic getting in and out of this area of the city. Parking can sometimes be tricky as well. They do have a lot of expensive and mid price Golf stuff, much of which you can only usually find online (Walmart doesn't carry 80 percent of this crap), and it's a big store but it's also really expensive and you can probably find a lot of this stuff cheaper online or from different brands. So a mixed experience, and a great chance to hang out around the older generations. But then I do that every day at the Y.

I called PING and they gave me another retailer Woods and Wedges , they ordered the club in about 3 minutes , looks like with Golf Galaxy it's upsell or no sale. either that or they just could not be bothered, Just happy that their is another Golf retailer within 20 miles of my home, Woods and Wedges in Williamsville ,N.Y.

We ordered food and a drink before we played. The bar was very nice, good lighting and personable bartenders. We ordered a couple beers, a Reuben sandwich and an order of sweet potato fries. All items were terrific. The sandwich had real corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sauce and pumpernickel seeded bread. Yum! The fries had a butter, cinnamon syrup that was delicious too. The beer was $5 for happy hour, which is not a bad price for hay burner. We were able to pay $10 to rent a club and we got a bucket of medium balls. There were plenty of spots available on both floors and the area was clean and set up nicely. I hit a few balls, so I feel that it was a successful night! We had so much fun and will definitely be back.

The three sales associates were ever so helpful, making sure our hockey sticks were just right and showing us everything we were looking for! I bought the item and a day or two later they list another one at a higher price and won't honor the old price. Then I buy the item and a day or two later list another raising the price again. They claimed to only have 1 yet in the past 30 days I've ordered 7 of them and there's currently another one listed on their website. Of course they raised the price 10% after waiting 25 hours to post it on the site. And of course they can't price match it because it's not within 24 hours. (The fact that they took more than 24 hours to post it on their site doesn't matter) My account rep said they'd price match a price within the last 24 hours. They take 25-26 hours to post another item in stock to get around that price matching. Very sketchy and slimy sales team. Reflects poorly on the owners and the company as a whole. I gave them 2 stars simply because the shipping has been quick.
