Finally, she chimed in when he was trying on a jersey and said that one's good. Mind you the store was packed w at least a few hundred more people she can walk around to after I already told her we were good, she still just stood there and stared. An experienced skier who is even familiar with offerings at ski lodge in the Pacific Northwest identified not only why I wasn't able to get into most boots, but what features were necessary for me to find a good fit. (The fact that they took more than 24 hours to post it on their site doesn't matter) My account rep said they'd price match a price within the last 24 hours. They take 25-26 hours to post another item in stock to get around that price matching. Very sketchy and slimy sales team. Reflects poorly on the owners and the company as a whole.
