There are registers at both ends of the store that lead either to parking lot or entry to the mall. There are associates throughout the store and they are ready to answer questions if you have them. We were on the lookout for collegiate football team gear and they had plenty for both of our teams. Given their location they have more of the Tampa local teams but still have other Florida teams as well. Overall: A Solid large location with plenty of options and variety for anything and everything sport.

It's a very nice footballs shaped ornament. I highly recommend the team store. They have so much good stuff. I loved the beanies, but I already had one on, but if I had forgotten mine that would have been my first purchase. It was cold at the game. Good thing I bundled up. I see why lots of people were wearing very nice team jackets, beanies, and scarfs. I had on thermal leggings, jeans, a undershirt, long sleeve top, sweater, a beanie, and a fleece lined jacket. And I was toasty warm in all that with the exception of my hands. They could have really used a nice pair of Buccaneers mittens or gloves. Next time I'll be more prepared with an electric hand warmer.

For the ladies, the clothing is pretty cute but don't count on the stock changing too much. I think I have literally seen the same dress sitting in the place for an entire year. They also carry jewelry and some housewares that are pretty Tampa-esque, which is neat. I must say I'm sorta bummed about this place though because they were running a Creative Loafing deal half off and then rescinded it AFTER I had bought it which sort of sucks because it seems like these people want the money and not the good business that they could get from the deal. However, when they noticed my arms were getting too full, they brought me a shopping bag. The retail workers answered my questions and when I went to check out, they double checked one of the sizes I was buying to make sure I wasn't buying the wrong size (it was much larger than the rest of the sizes I was buying as a gift). They also made sure I had the right amount of clothing to get the "buy one get" deal. The music they were playing might not be for all tastes, but was enjoyable for me and put me in a good mood. The store was very organized and clean, so it was easy to find the sizes and styles I was looking for. I'll definitely be back.

The store gets pretty busy however they get the line moving for checkout fast. Our first visit, I had ordered the leggings online for in store pick up. Order ready within 45 minutes so we headed over. Since the line for the register was long, I found a staff member working the floor and they were able to get my order without me standing in line. I like shopping online for pickup as you can find sale items. Found two pairs for $89 each, saving $10! Second visit was because I needed to exchange the size I originally bought. Since my leggings were final sale, I called before heading over to the mall and the staff member said they could exchange them. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member asking if she could help. I told her what I was doing and looking for. She helped me find the correct size. This time I tried them on in the fitting room and the fit was soo much better. Everyone I had an interaction with that worked there was soo pleasant!! The new store is very spacious and has soo many options. Staff at the fitting room area help to keep the line flowing.

The young lady who helped me watched me walk to help figure out what type of shoe (neutral, support etc.) would work best for my feet. She brought out pairs of sneakers and explained what they did and why she picked them. To help get a better feel to the shoe I was able to walk outside the shop to test the shoes. That helped me tell differences between each shoe and helped me pick a shoe. I went with a pair of ASICS. Just a heads up they are a bit more pricey than the retail value of the sneakers. I would shop here again when I need shoes in the future.
