To paraphrase Dire Straits, "He'll do everything for you..." He's a good teacher. An expert in repair and on equipment. He remembers customer names. He goes the extra mile. Example? Two of my iron shafts snapped recently beneath their grips. Happened about two months apart. They had rusted. For the second repair, Kevin contacted the manufacturer, got the new shaft, and repaired it without charge. Now....who's going to do that for you at a chain store? Great place. They'll take good care of you and make you feel at home.

Today I scored an excellent condition youth tennis racket (for $12). The store has bikes, lacrosse, workout equipment, tons of used golf stuff, baseball, backpacks...pretty much anything used sporting related that you could need. Plus they buy back gently used/good condition sporting items as well. Best part of the store...the owner was so kind and so helpful. I will definitely be back for the next season's activities!

I scheduled a full bag fitting and would recommend the same to anyone considering the service even if you're only looking to upgrade part of your set. You will get to play with the best of the best in combinations available on the market to date and even if you don't buy, the experience is well worth your time. Being a newer golfer, I went into the experience a little hesitant, not confident that I would be consistent enough for the metrics or if I needed this much attention to my recreational playing style. Michael assured me in the beginning that at any level the fitting is necessary for new golfers, pros, and players in between, to assess if your current set up is working for or against you, as your skill develops, technology improves and as we all do; age. Had I bought a new set-up from stock selections without coaching I would have selected a max driver, game improvement irons with standard flex shafts and a completely different styled putter. I ended up with a much more player series set up with custom length stiff flex shafts. Hitting them consistently better and noting performance increases within the metrics as well the ability to have a set I can grow with as my skill improves vs. something I would have to replace after outperforming them. I am 100% convinced that a custom set up is hands down without comparison better than any off the shelf set up out there. The head, shaft and grip combinations are endless and psychologically knowing that every time you take your bag out at the course you can look down and know it was custom built just for you. Great experience. Highly recommend!!

We've bought these socks for several years & never had them get holes before after only 6 months of wear. You lost a customer manager Scott over a $20 sock sale. Sad.

This is a premium golf experience in the US…read more I recently turned 69 and my two Sons and some friends took this trip the first week in October. The 12 of us stayed at the resort and played #2, #4 and the Cradle. With #2 you're required to pay an on-site caddie and then you tip afterwards. The caddie will carry two bags and they must be under 25 pounds. They are very focused on pace of play and they tell you at the beginning of your round that if you fall behind you may be asked to skip a hole. This is the quintessential Donald Ross design. It's very straight forward and everything is right in front of you for the most part. No severe dog legs, no water and virtually no out of bounds. The sand and grass are called Waste Areas and you are allowed to ground your club, take practice swings, lift clean and place. The Waste Areas are the borders of the fairway so even if you're off the fairway you still have a shot. There are a few areas where the pine trees are so thick you'll be penalized. It's very tough to get steady footing if you're in the pine straw. I was pleasantly surprised that the Par 3's are all accessible. There are a few holes where there is elevated green which robs you from seeing your ball go in the hole if you're close in to the green when you make and up and down. These greens are lightning fast and there are NO flat areas. All the greens are crowned so when you are playing for the first time, you will be challenged for strategic shot placement on the green. My highlight was a hole out on #14 from about 40 yards away but I never saw it go in so that was very disappointing. The 4 some in front of us was on the 15th tee which is just adjacent to the green so I got an ovation so I had that going for me. Our Caddie was a guy named Chris who said he was 70. He was in great shape and carried two bags with no problems. He told me at the beginning of the round 'you will only need three or four balls. He was right, I didn't lose a single ball. We got in 26,000 steps which is about 13 miles and what an experience it was.

It's a 9 hole Par 3 course where you hit off matts, there are no grass tee options. You can acquire a carry bag at the first tee box at no charge. The green fee is $50 bucks. There is piped in music throughout the course and they allow up to six in a group. t takes on a very festive vibe as there is a full bar on site. There are many chairs and tables scattered around so the spectators will be critiquing your game and you may get an occasional cat call if you miss a short putt. You'll also get an ovation if you place a good tee shot or make a long putt. It is such a good time and even more fun when you have a group of people and are playing skins or closest to the pin. Our group was not happy hitting off the matts but this course get's so much traffic it would be impossible to keep the tee boxes in fresh condition. My Son James nearly had two Aces landing within inches of the pin so that was a highlight. The course record is 18 by Jackson Van Paris as of 10/30/23
