Ok maybe not like that, but whenever I need extra attention, they have always come through. The garden center is huge with just about any yard, nursery, or patio need. The pond section (which is my 80% needs) is well stocked and seldom an issue finding stuff...yes stuff. Always in need of more stuff. Must make mention of Miss Ava whom I've bothered over the years for help. Customer service is always overwhelmed, but if you stick with them, they handle it for you. Of course its not always peaches n cream. However, thats the nuts and bolts of it all. Patience.

The employees loading the grill complained about it was hot and they were ready to go home several times, the other employee was rough and just threw the grill on the back of my truck. Neither of them were professional or friendly. The lid was dropped several times ending up with dents. No one expressed they were sorry, once loaded they both just walked away. Over the past month I spent approximately $2000.00 at Lowe's. I purchased a refrigerator and landscape blocks and then on 30th I spent approximately $500.00. I won't be going back there and will recommend to my family and friends not to purchase from there. Your employees represent your company so you would think they would be more interested and polite.

These guys do great work fast. Via a couple emails, we discussed what we were looking for, made…read moresome modifications, and came to an agreeable price. Mark came out a few days later and looked at our backyard and we decided on a good location. He brought some props to show us the structure's footprint and helped us understand what he planned. Then 10 days later, they showed up on time and said they would be done within 4 hours. In just over 2 hours, I think, the work was all done. There was no funny business, unlike my last experience with a contractor, and everything was settled cleanly. The structure is sturdy, beautiful, and immensely fun. My son plays on it nearly everyday, as long as there's daylight and the temperature is at least double digits. This playset will last a long time and see many years of hard play. Maybe someday down the line, we'll contact Mark again and see what kind of additions we can make.

Update: they have completed the set…read more I was glad to support a local business, and they installed a quality playset on a tight budget. However, seven months later they still haven't returned to finish staining the set or deliver one of the swings included in our set. We paid them almost immediately after receiving their invoice - big mistake. Apparently once they have your money they don't care about wrapping things up. I love that they have the outdoor furniture outside so you can see what they have to offer and they also have a little basketball court. It's $5 to get in and you have to fill out waiver. And on some days they have story time (not sure if that still exist) The business is well put together with high end furniture pieces but the hidden gem is the indoor party/play room. There is this HUGE indoor playground and room to run around. There picnic like tables for snacking and lunch, as well as a baby play area. You can catch mom's standing around chatting while their children play. The bathrooms are generally clean. I haven't had a problem with them yet. I would say sometimes the picnic tables need to be wiped down but overall it isn't bad. I love this place! It's perfect for a cold or rainy day and sunshine if you want to beat the heat.
