As a salesman, Zuhair is helpful and patient. He gave me time to browse but also answered all of my many questions. I ended up buying two rugs, one of which just looked a bit too big for the room once I got home. I called, and Zuhair took the rug back without any hesitation and helped me to choose a better option.
