Yes, their prices are higher than the large high-volume sports stores like Sail, Cabela's, or Bass Pro, but they are locally-owned and we would be much worse off if we had to buy everything by mail order. I have found their service to range from excellent to very good, never average or poor, and they have always gone the extra mile to get replacement products from distributors on the few occasions when I am not satisfied. I do not know what the mask requirements were at the time of the other review, except that COVID was (and still is...) transmitted as an aerosol by infected people, so ALL of the world health agencies were imposing mask requirements during the pandemic and I was happy that they followed the guidelines. In any case, they have a good selection of high quality gear (orders of magnitude better than Crappy Tire...), and the staff are friendly and for the most part very knowledgeable. The owner, who is actually there much of the time, is amazingly nice. I recommend them highly.
