The location is convenient for being close to city center, though taxi is probably the best way of moving around, and even though is not the cheapest option there is also a bus stop just some meters from the hotel. We had a great stay and would love to rent a room there again if we get the chance to visit the city again.

Hotel was well located and quiet, a little off the busy street with stores and restaurants but still close enough to walk to Queens U, Ulster Museum, and the Botanic Gardens. Rooms are on the smaller side but have a bath tub and plenty of hot water which is always nice. Little fridge and a kettle provided. Front desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast was more delightful than expected with a full selection of cooked to order dishes as well as the usual fruit and croissants. Definitely worth staying next time I'm in Belfast.

The place was incredibly clean and I had the best Irish eggs ever! I'll post a picture when I find it. Charlie is the owner and he was very accommodating and hospitable and even gave me a ride to the airport on the same day. The airport is very close by and there is a small town market that is in walkable distance. My room looked out to the green, green fields and you can get the same peaceful view from the breakfast room.

The house itself is a lovely Irish farmhouse that is probably hundreds of years old. The inside of the house has been totally remodeled to retain the classic look but with modern amenities. The outside is surrounded by vast farmland with a hedge defining the inner yard and gardens. An Irish farm outbuilding sits out back but it too has been remodeled into living space. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, yogurt, and a plate of eggs and bacon or salmon. There was more than enough to eat and the breakfast tasted really good. It is for all these reasons that I give Edenvale a five star rating.

This is a true shrine to Elvis and all things Film and TV!! It's also a working B&B and I was fortunate to meet the very pleasant Lady of the Manor, Ethy. The B&B is located on the glorious coastal route and is but a stones throw from Belfast. The rates to stay are very competitive and I think I will pop in for brekkie!!!! It's open for tours during upcoming European Heritage Open Days next weekend.

The food was quite good, but another £1 has been added to the cost (now £12) for a main course - probably to cover for the extra costs arising from Covid - and at £4.20 for a pint of Guinness and the VAT relief until January next - they might do well but price hikes are risky as customers may feel sore. A second lock down though would be disastrous. I hope now with Covid that the owners will very soon find a plumber to re - introduce hot water in the wash rooms and find an electrician to turn up the heat on the air hand driers. They might even have a word with the lady who dishes out the vegetables to be a little less mean with the portions, particularly with another quid being eked out as she's been tight fisted for a very long time now as I recall noting this in a review a year or more ago. The service was ace especially the staff who tend the tables they are all really a brilliant bunch. The servers make it 5 star, the food quality is three star, the extra £1 hasn't brought about any higher quality and the vegetable portions are two star so about 4 star on balance.

I'm confused! I read some of the comments in their guest book saying it was best hotel ever, so…read morenot my experience. I originally booked for a 2 bedroom apartment. When we arrived at the apartment I was a little grossed out at the elevator and hallway, but it got worse when I walked into the apartment. Huge cobweb over one of the beds. The bat h room had stains on wall, dented bathtub surround, and possibly mold around the bath/shower. I immediately started looking for other accommodations. I went to front desk who showed me two separate rooms which I didn't find much better than the apartment. The clerk was not about to lose the reservation so we ended up getting two executive rooms which were adjoining rooms. It was better than its other options there, but still had issues. Water stains on ceiling, tiles on shower stall missing, hole in bathroom wall (I stuffed it with tissue). Best if all I had numerous guests which came into my room and died. Moths were coming in from the air vent (I think). The only reason for 2 stars is the staff seemed very nice. I would not go there again. They did give me the same price for the 2 rooms which was much appreciated.
