When we asked what was going on, we were brushed off with a dismissive "everyone waits on busy days," which is not an acceptable excuse for poor organization and lack of customer care. No discount was offered, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience was made, and no attempt was made to remedy the situation or take responsibility for the errors.
