When I…read morestarted, I was pre-diabetic, and suffering from plantar fasciitis and osteoarthritis in my knees that made it painful for me to participate in the sports and activities I love. Since then, I've dropped over 50 pounds, lost eight inches around the waist, and gotten back to hiking and pickle ball and golfing without pain. When I went for my annual physical a few months ago, it was the first time in fifteen years that the results came back clean - every result was in the normal range. Cholesterol and blood sugars were way down. I hired Amy as my trainer because she would come to my home, and train with me in the garage on the equipment I own. Dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, box jump, wall sits, etc. Every workout is different. She is patient, quick to offer modifications when something's not right, and keeps a close eye on form to ensure I perform the moves correctly. She knows how to push, too. I never knew there were so many variations of plank exercises, squats and lunges. She's often recognized before I have that I am capable of doing far more than I realize, and it's worked. She's turned me into a lover of Bulgarian split squats! I'm healthier, stronger and more fit than I've been in decades, and I credit Amy. She's even helped with diet and nutrition, and turned me onto healthier foods, and when and how to use protein shakes maximum effect. In other words, I'm a big fan, and wholeheartedly recommend her training services for anyone who is serious about making health and fitness a bigger part of their lives.

Not sure if they provide clubs if you don't have them. They showed us how to use the system and set us up for a course. We opted to play a European course, St Andrew Old Course. I was in the long grass often. The system was easy to use. Hint, if you want to hit from forward tees, you have to set that up before you start the game. I was playing from the guys tees which put me at a huge disadvantage. You can bring in your own beers and snacks if you choose. They do have water but no other refreshments. We had a great time. Our two hours went fast. Will definitely be back.

Then I scheduled a lesson with my coach but I was a little scared that it might mess me up and I might be better trying to figure it out myself. Not good idea really went bad for me bad choice. There were a few people in front of me, but the pace of play was fantastic with minimal waiting. No one can complain about 18 holes in under 3 hours! The course is looking better and better every year. All of the bunkers have new sand in them which I made sure to try out four different times to have a thorough review ;). The greens rolled true and had decent speed. There are a few unique holes on this course that require some strategy and shot making to do well. It definitely isn't wide open and there is a lot of potential to lose balls. There are also a few holes that are lined with houses on one side or the other. The typically don't come into play unless you hit a very poor shot. If you are a decent golfer, this is a really fun course. If you have trouble getting the ball in the air regularly, this would be very very frustrating. The only negative is that the bugs were bad. I would suggest taking some bug spray with you. There were two holes on the front nine that are quite damp, and I thought I was going to be carried away by the mosquitoes. The rest of the course were still buggy but tolerable. It may have been due to it still being relatively early and I was walking making me an easy meal.

I have played on many golf courses in Minnesota, and this is the worst! It certainly isn't a championship golf course, as you advertise...that's a joke!
