The GM should have them take customer service training on how to answer a simple question. I responded after I was told the cost was $40 that I was senior citizen, "Friday day rate $40!" I decided that I didn't want to purchase my customery souvenir from the proshop. I understand that he has had to respond to similar questions many times, but I was only asking not demanding. Luckily, I don't judge the establishment and rest of the staff as most people do when confronted with poor CS, is why I gave Willow Creek 3 stars. 5 stars for the course super and concessions. Zero for the single person in the proshop. The owner should invest in Customer Training classes for his staff.

Can play a little short from white tees but there are blue and championship tees way back if you are better player. Great rates late in afternoon. My kid and I can play 9 holes with a cart for $32 after 4pm. Old complaint was that people weren't repairing divots on greens. No more. Either these new greens are more durable or players are finally repairing.

I was also told the food is really good, prepared by a chef from another local restaurant. This will be an even better place when it gets warm outside and when it's all complete. My boyfriend, Michael, spoke with Vince twice in the past three weeks. Michael explained what was…read morewrong with our kubota and stated that he felt it needed new belts. We had a similar problem before and when the belts were replaced it was fixed. When Vince called back, he stated the deck needed replaced along with other parts. However, the belts were not replaced. $1,311.31 and three weeks later, Michael picked up our kubota and immediately took it home to begin using it. After about 3 rounds, it was clear the kubota was not fixed. We will now have to take it to Oakway and see if they have sense enough to fix it. I am very disappointed. You would think when you're working on a lawn mower, you would ride it around to see exactly what the problem is, not just look at the parts and guess. This seems to be how they operate. Also, there was a parade that was supposed to start at 3 through downtown Woodruff, where the shop is located. The owner's family, 10-15 people, started to pile up in the shop around 2:15 so they could get ready to view the parade--as it was cold and raining, they crowded the place. We did not appreciate having to share our time and space, practically the entire time we were there. $300 is not cheap and we definitely didn't get our money's worth. We will not be returning! Also, the boards kept breaking & falling so the owner had to constantly stop and fix it.

My oldest grandson needed one that would be acceptable to use in fresh or salt water. This Penn reel more than meets his needs and at 199.00 bucks; it should. Once again the guy in the fishing department was super accommodating! He put line on the reel at no charge and personally walked us through the entire fishing department. This is an amazing Bass Pro Shop! I guarantee you that they can meet your outdoor needs concerning anything you might require! I'm going to be a regular customer!

The customer service is also wonderful.. everyone there is so kind and helpful. When we bought our boat, Bass Pro was the first place we went to stock our boat with all of the necessities.
