I've enjoyed the last 3 months of being a member. The main draw for me was the classes. Nothing…read moregets me to the gym except fun classes and free tanning. The gym isn't as clean and fresh as other new gyms but it will do just fine. Things are broken but they fix most things quickly. The staff is really nice. There are morning classes but for my work schedule the 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 pm classes are helpful. They offer barre, pilates, zumba, cycling, and more. The lead class trainers are very nice and they really make it fun. The atmosphere is relaxed but as usual the amount of work you put in is if you'll really feel the results. All classes last about an hour and they are all normally on time within 5 minutes. You can come in classes late if traffic is an issue and I've never felt shamed. There's only 2 tanning beds but I rarely have to wait for one. The changing rooms are decent with showers, lockers, and a nice dry sauna. When you sign up you are secured into a year contract but its only about $30. They also want you to do their weight loss and weight training class tour. It seems like a good program for people who don't know much about working out and how to lose weight.

Other tournaments have discounted rates for young children and also if you buy a ticket for both days. This place did not have any discounted rates. Also cash only accepted. There are ATMs at the entrance that had a line of people trying to get cash for the admission fee when we arrived. It's a nice facility, modern and looks fairly new. Good lighting and there's a little bit of acoustic dampening. Not much tho, but it helped. Lots of restrooms and they were kept clean. Concession stands were slow and the food was mediocre and expensive. But you're sort of trapped to eat there unless you sneak in your own food. Coolers are not allowed. Seats are the fold down stadium type seats. Hard plastic so bring your own cushions. Bringing your own folding chairs is not allowed. Parking garage was huge and across the street. Normal rate is $5 but for this tournament, we didn't pay anything. Overall it's a nice facility but I hope we don't have to go there for another tournament anytime soon.

Your greeted right away upon exiting the elevator but from their things broke down a bit. I had called to changed the reservation from 8 to 6 and had that confirmed by email, but they never received it. We had some of our party without a sport coat, so we were not allowed to eat in the main dining room, and they quickly set us up in the lounge. I get it and we should overall the service was pretty good, she was nervous and unsure but the rest of the staff supported her well. The appetizers were amazing and as good as they look in our images At the end of the night, we walked out and poked our head in the main dining room, only to find it with almost no one in there, and the guest that were DID NOT HAVE SPORT COATS I immediately went back to the host who would not seat us and she promptly handed me a business card and said call the manager
