When we finally decided to move here, this coffee soon became our daily drinker. It makes a wonderful pour over in a Chemex. We place an order more or less monthly and delivery via mail is always prompt. The beans are always freshly roasted as evidenced by the noticeable effervescence (bloomimg) as the entrapped carbon dioxide gas bubbles off during the pour over. The coffee trees are raised organically and grow under a canopy of Koa trees to keep them shaded and to produce an environment that sustains Hawaiian wildlife. Strongly recommended,

Make sure you wear good walking shoes. There are several semi steep hills and some areas are rocky. We bought water but you can buy some there. Cost $13.00 per person, worth the time and money.
