Dan will give you an estimate on the phone based on your items and walks you through the process. I was able to make an appointment for Monday on the Friday before (might have been able to do same day, but needed Monday), and all the communication around timing of truck was clear and direct. I didn't have to sit around and wonder when they'd arrive. I had a window, and they arrived ten minutes into that window. The guys that came for pick up were able to problem solve getting my couch out of a tight spot (old building), and grabbed a bunch of other unwieldy items from a basement space in no time. They were friendly and professional, and even said "it's our job to make this easy for you!", which ended up being absolutely true. The pricing is comparable to other pickup companies, but it's nice to know Dan will find a home for any item in good condition! I have used this company to palettize items I have bought at the Denver Gem shows. The first time,…read morethey wer great. Let us stack the pallete ourselves with the knowledge of heavy items go on the bottom lighter or more delicate items on top The second time i used them they let us stack it but then restacked it on a news pallete and reversed the way we had done it and put the heaviest items on top. We did end up with damage but it was minimal. This year was our third time and I went to great lengths to make sure it would be shipped as we had stacked . It would not be moved on to another pallete or restacked. They agreed to this. When we recieved our shipment they had restacked our boxes onto another pallete. We had substantial damage this time and I sent photos to their main office of the damage. I spoke with a woman named Danielle Marquez and she agreed this was not right and said she would call me back after speaking with the branch. She never called back. I subsequently called her back 5 times and left messages for her over several weeks and she did not reply. She did forward the problem to the branch manager Chad, who said the only way it could have insured it is if they packed for us, which I do not trust them to do. They did infact repack and that's what caused the damage. They have made no effort to compensate for their damage to our product. I have recommended them to several friends at the gemshow and will now let them know not to use them. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to represent the company accurately.
