On Saturday, June 17, 2017, I received a Money Mailer $25 off coupon in the morning mail. I had been thinking about a Garage Clean Out and I thought I'd give Rockies Clean Out a try. I called Saturday morning around 11 a.m. and Dom said he was working on a job and could stop by to give me an estimate in about 2 hours. I was very pleased and somewhat surprised at the quickness of Dom's response time. Then I thought, I'm probably going to have to pay big bucks for this efficiency and responsiveness. As he said, Dom arrived at my Washington Park home in a couple of hours, assessed the garage clean out job, and to my amazement provided me with what I thought was a very reasonable and fair estimate and so I agreed and Dom and his partner Jeff completed the job in less than one hour! Dom also took away another item I wanted to be removed from my home which was included in their estimate. Dom is knowledgeable and fair. Dominick and his crew are top-notch. He was very punctual about returning my calls and texts, charged a sensible rate, and just did an amazing job on a condo that had to be totally cleaned out. In my case, an elderly family member needed to permanently move out of her 2BR,2BA condominium on the 7th floor. It was full of 25 yrs-worth of accumulated 'stuff' - including heavy old furniture and area rugs. Plus the closets, drawers and kitchen cabinets were maximally filled and had to be cleaned out in a timely fashion. These guys were absolutely perfect! Quick, efficient, very professional, and incredibly nice as well. Even the cranky building manager asked me for Dominick's card at the end of the day because he was so impressed with his efficiency. Dominic was amazing! His service was prompt, on time, they were clean and professional! The other people quoted me astronomical rate, Dominic charged 1/5 of what they would have charged me, seriously! Don't listen to the radio ads, they would have been over $600, Dom only charged me $250! The best Hauling Company there is. They say thay are based in Aurora, I live in Morrison. He didn't charge me any extra for the long drive. Didn't damage any of my household stuff, just took the junk and left. They're also two ex-marines, so support the people that protected our country. AMAZING!!! Called Dominic this morning on Christmas Eve to haul away a mattress and box spring that had been scheduled with Waste Management for pickup 4 days earlier. After multiple phone calls to WM and no shows, Dominic came to our rescue!! He said they weren't working today, Christmas Eve, but could be here in an hour with his truck if we wanted. He showed up in 45 minutes as promised. He was professional , friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Don't look any further, or call anyone else. I needed a garage cleanout done, which included many household items that we no longer wanted from the house we had been renting that we simply piled up in the 2 car garage on move out day. Dominic was the only person I found who would also take cleaning supplies, chemicals and paint. The price was very reasonable, he worked with me through a couple of delays and schedule changes, and was in touch and on time on the day of the job. Dominic and his partner are great people, and as someone else mentioned, I almost want to find more stuff to throw away just to be able to call them back out and see them again. Most highly recommended. I requested a quote on a Saturday morning to remove the contents of a shed, which included broken down yard equipment and chemical waste. Dominick, the owner, replied within five minutes and was at our house within the hour. He and his crew took care of the junk I'd asked about, some additional yard waste I hadn't expected him to deal with, and then volunteered to move a chest freezer out of the house and onto our trailer. After all this, he lowered the fee he quoted over the phone by 25% because it was a smaller job than he was expecting. It's hard to find people who want to work hard and do a good job now days but Dominic and his crew were shining examples of hard work and a job well done. I was given a cost estimate, told when they would arrive and what they could do. They did it all beyond my expectations. We had a very difficult location with steep terrain, they didn't hesitate and jumped right in and got the job done. If you are hesitant due to costs, don't be. They were more than reasonable and when it was done my husband and I said over and over, that that was the best thing we could have done and more than worth the cost. There are not enough stars to rate the OVER THE TOP services of this company - Dominic and his co-worker made a much dreaded job actually pleasant ! I had to fly into Colorado, clean out my storage unit, get half of the stuff into a pod and the other half donated - on deadline - flight out next day.
