It was explained where to put it and he just moved it a couple feet where you still had to get out of your car. When he finally responded he said he would charge me, then recanted and said it would be 2 weeks before he could get back. Left the main panels screws laying all over the ground and did not remove the old panel on the wall so anyone with an old code could get in. Not very good service and worse follow up! Also drilled holes in the driveway and left them.

His creativity gave us a tremendously sturdier gate and contact point which continuous weld on 3 sides. Literally, much better than original preexisting work. They tested and retested until everything was perfect, hand brushed and smoothed all welds, then first galvanized all their work before matching and repainting the repair. They stayed in touch at every decision point and at various milestones. They even provided an added value to my fence consisting of a crossbar at the bottom so the dogs can't dig, and at no extra cost. I was so happy they are multi-talented and able to handle these various projects under one umbrella--roof, fencing and shed removal. Encore sent their "best gate guy" to fix the issue. Well, they weren't any better. Fence just subpar overall. I would replace it today, but don't want to spend that much AGAIN when this fence is only 3 yrs old.
