I hated this place. They threw a drink in my face just because I pronounced a drink wrong. They were very rude because I was white. The drinks were stale and gross. They were clearly left out in the open for a long time. I will never be coming back here and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this place shuts down from how bad they are. read more

Horrible experience. I made an order with skip and got the wrong tea. I call them without resolv the problem. I got a call from skipthedish with a refund for my tea so I can order again. I went to Gong Cha to satisfy my sweet tooth but I leave disappointed. I wanted to try something new and I saw on their board that they were promoting different types of strawberry teas. I debated over the strawberry matcha latte and the strawberry taro and I asked the man working which one he recommended ultimately leading me to decide on the strawberry matcha latte and this is where it all goes downhill. Once I got my drink I received compliments from the ladies behind me because it was beautiful which got me more excited to try it. After one sip I felt a grainy texture but I brushed it off and mixed my tea more but no matter how many times I would mix it the grainy texture remained. I go over to the employee and he tells me that I can't even replace or get a refund because he isn't the person who is authorized when he is the only employee in the store. I would not waste my time going to this tea place if you live by this area and crave somethi sweet I recommend Snowy Village instead. read more

Ordered a green tea with mango, same as previous visits. Noticed a gritty, fibrous texture that was rather unpleasant. Staff informed me that was a consequence of the extra mango I had requested, even though it wasn't a concern before. Fairly certain the fruit was severely freezer burnt and should have been thrown out. Tossed it in the garbage on my way out, never going back. read more
