You get to add your own spicy vinegar. Here we have SiSig. It's really nicely seasoned. Anyways. It's real deal and if your wanting a traditional Filipino food. Give it a try. You'll be very very happy you did. The staff are super friendly and fast. The Kare Kare is just like back in Manila at The Wooden Spoon, it's perfect. And to update, I've been here 5 times now. Had a different meal each time. I'm blown away as to the quality and consistency. It is rock star. I'd give it 8 stars out of 5 if I could. It is seriously one of the best restaurants in Saskatoon.

Quality was like you would expect at an airport lunch counter not a restaurant. "Pork wings" simply had zero flavor. They were lumps of pork for 14 dollars. The Greek salad was named but did not resemble any Greek salad I have every had. Just throw in a hand full of feta cheese at least. Food came out at three separate times with about 4 minutes in between. The place was not busy so it made no sense. We selected the place based on the review it had but it did not resemble the 5 stars in any way.

From their limited event menu, I got an order of pancit guisados and one BBQ beef skewer which seemed a reasonably priced meal for $13 CAD. The pancit noodles were delicious and filling, while the BBQ skewer had a nice char and looked like it used BBQ short rib. There are actually a good number of Filipino restaurants in Saskatoon and my experience made me interested in trying more of their offerings.
