It was a fiasco and ultimately, we asked Davis Tile to remove the tops and refund our money because of poor fabrication (miters for waterfall on island were off, over 1/16" gap at cabinets, under mount sink cutout was not squared off like sink), Stoneworks stepped in on a recommendation from a former employee that we met and Barbara Kent worked with us to get quote and pricing and order material quickly. Within 3 weeks or so, we had new countertops and island with waterfall. Shannon, a former employee of Davis Tile, lead the install and he and his crew did a magnificent job getting everything just right and on time. The most disappointing thing is blaming Dieter for this when he is saying he did not install it. When we pulled the old counter tops up there was only one spot of adhesive for two countertops. This would explain why the seam was separating and then the counter top cracked. The fact that the original email (which I have and plan on posting) stated too bad its out of warranty and come to find out the installation was done incorrectly is extremely disappointing. But once again while the game blame plays out who eats it in the shorts....me the consumer. Mahalo,

This company is just helping her keep what is ours. During our walk through it was even discussed how a door was damaged when we moved in and they charged us $463 for a closet door!!! I have pictures showing a bathroom drawer when we moved in with used floss, roaches, and hair. Termite poop on our bathroom counter, black mold in the washing machine I tried to scrub. Broken kitchen tile when we moved in. We left the house cleaner than We received it. Lived with a house full of termites that they would not deal with. Boundless said one thing at my walk through and then charged for things never mentioned and damage from before we moved in.
