After getting the new tub professionally set by a licensed plumber my plan was to tile the surrounding area. I am ecstatic that I found Dawson to do this job professionally instead. With a condo unit below me, I was concerned about the potential for leaks if I made mistakes. When I made the decision to go with a professional, I found Dawson. He put me at ease during the entire process from the moment that he got involved to the completion of the job. I cannot stress how professional, patient, and efficient he was. He worked with me remotely since I was out of state at the time. I could not have imagined job that he did looking better. It was even better than we had envisioned. It was a fiasco and ultimately, we asked Davis Tile to remove the tops and refund our money because of poor fabrication (miters for waterfall on island were off, over 1/16" gap at cabinets, under mount sink cutout was not squared off like sink), Stoneworks stepped in on a recommendation from a former employee that we met and Barbara Kent worked with us to get quote and pricing and order material quickly. Within 3 weeks or so, we had new countertops and island with waterfall. Shannon, a former employee of Davis Tile, lead the install and he and his crew did a magnificent job getting everything just right and on time. I highly recommend you contact them if you need new countertops - they are the best!

When it came time to do my own kitchen I selected Silestone quartz tops and Davis Tile and Marble is the local distributor for this product. We also purchased glass tile for the backsplash which I installed myself. Everyone at Davis was great to work with; Barbara in particular was knowledgeable and patient while we ordered tile samples to make our decision. Gary Davis makes all the measurements personally; he was able to lay the stone out with only one very small seam. The installers were very skilled and professional even with me watching over them. I had one minor concern (not regarding the stone) and Gary came out the next day to check on this to my satisfaction. Simply put I found the service, fabrication and installation to be impeccable. I continue to be impressed now that the kitchen is completed.

The most disappointing thing is blaming Dieter for this when he is saying he did not install it. When we pulled the old counter tops up there was only one spot of adhesive for two countertops. This would explain why the seam was separating and then the counter top cracked. The fact that the original email (which I have and plan on posting) stated too bad its out of warranty and come to find out the installation was done incorrectly is extremely disappointing. But once again while the game blame plays out who eats it in the shorts....me the consumer. Mahalo,

Barack plumbing installed my water heater exactly 2 years ago…read more beautiful installation, excellent 12 year warranty on the Rheem Gladiator heater. this week I shut off the valve leading to the heater while we worked in the bathroom. the first fitting from the valve started dripping immediately. water sensor alarms go off, we call Barack and they respond. they fixed the leak and gave me a discount off the regular service charge even though the warranty on their work was 1 year. I highly recommend.
