I was forwarded to this firm from another firm, at first I was skeptical of being transfered. I cannot say enough about this Law Firm! They were very personable each person I spoke with, they were very dedicated to my law suit, they kept me informed every step of the way. My experience with Charles Cartright was horrible. Communication is not there. Let me start off by saying my fiancé went with him a long time ago and won the case because it was a COMPLETE lay down. During my case I had to call for every update and every time I asked to speak to Charles they said he was on vacation. When I finally got to speak to him he said he doesn't know he will win the case because all I got was chiro Work. So I asked when I can contact him and what number after he gets more done with this case and he said to call front desk. I explained I can never get through and he yelled at me ! Saying to find a different lawyer kept repeating himself off the top of his lungs and I didn't do anything but ask how can I reach him directly! I went to another law firm who is 5 stars and man did they go above and beyond! Won the case and got more than expected! Charles just does lay downs and he will accept the first offer on the table. Don't go! He doesn't fight OR negotiate read more
