But that's not even the worst part he repeatedly pressed the scissors into her neck and cut her with the clippers. Every time he used the scissors he would jerk up before the cut was complete. He decided to go high high and now I got a crappy haircut with my hair sticking out on my side that does not match or fade with the top of my head. The most disappointing part aside from this experience was the fact he had me on FaceTime with his lady friend and I did not notice until the end of haircut. Poor barber skills and terrible customer experience. If you see this gentlemen I would suggest you wait for someone else. Time to put a cap over my head until my sides grow out

While the staff members are kind, it seems they force their own idea of what you should do with your hair onto you. After the first time of them doing that to me earlier this year, I thought "maybe it was just this stylist?" so I went again recently. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My bangs were cut shorter than I asked, and they are very obviously crooked. It has ruined 4 special events that I was part of this week. I didn't even want to go to one I had today, just because I was embarrassed of how all my photos were turning out with such a terrible haircut. ---------- I went in and asked for my bangs to just be shaped - no dramatic length change. I was at a loss of words whenever I was turned around to look at my reflection and see that I got something completely different from what I had asked. The stylist seemed excited, and I just looked at her in disbelief. She asked if I wanted her to change anything, but you can't paste hair back on, so I mustered out a stoic "no"...didn't want more of my hair to be butchered off. Hair grows back, I get that, but I specifically went here to get my bangs shaped for special events that I knew I was going to be photographed multiple times for. Little did I know it was going to ruin my memory of each one.
