The other receptionist which I wish I got her name but she had red hair was also very informative & nice. Her confidence made me immediately feel at ease! After the first time of them doing that to me earlier this year, I thought "maybe it was just this stylist?" so I went again recently. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My bangs were cut shorter than I asked, and they are very obviously crooked. It has ruined 4 special events that I was part of this week.
