We had a privacy fence installed by them. The quality of the materials and execution of the job could not be better. Highly recommend them.

I recently did so, expecting to save time and gain convenience, but was sorely disappointed. I placed an order online for a 5-gallon, food-grade pail, lid and lid opener. The instructions that accompanied my order confirmation were to enter the store and follow the signs for in-store pick-up. I did so, and was led from the front door, straight-through to the back of the store, and then to the furthest corner of the store from where I had entered. Surely, I had passed all of the items ordered during this trek. The store is massive, and if you are not familiar with the layout, online ordering would seem like a good, time-saving option, but that turned out to not be the case. Not to mention (as I mention), the "convenience fee" that I was charged to do so. This might be a good option for larger orders, but for the 3 item order that I placed, I would not suggest this.

The best value is always on their clearance items or sale items because all of their other prices are just ok. They have a rebate program that you can get money back on your purchases and they advertise the after rebate prices everywhere so when you buy your item mentally you're thinking about the lower price. The rough part is being disciplined enough to follow through with the rebate process.

Jennifer, who works in the store, was very responsive and helpful in getting us prices of slabs we liked. She was always easy to get on the phone, or would return a call right away. Once we picked a slab and it was time for measuring, Greg did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions. He also let us come to the warehouse to measure and pick exactly on the slab where each of our three pieces would be cut. Install was painless and the installers were very careful in the house. The same measurer, Greg, was there for install. Really liked the continuity. We used this company for a granite countertop for our basement wet bar project. We wanted to be able to see many slabs at a variety of price points to be able to pick the exact one we wanted. When we arrived at the store, the physical location was small and it seemed busy. We saw a half wall of granite options shown on small squares and didn't think this was what we were looking for ... so we turned around and started to walk out. Thank goodness, Jennifer nicely stopped us to mention they partner with many slab warehouses on the northwest side of Indianapolis. She sent us on our way with pamphlets from about 6 warehouses and told us to stop by them to look and she could price any option we saw. Exactly what we wanted! We were able to shop and see hundreds of slabs and use Classic Kitchen & Granite for fabrication and install. We almost missed out on great customer service simply because we were rushing that day and didn't think the store appeared to meet our needs on the surface. Don't let that happen to you!

Absolute complete customization She Listened to us. Asked about our wants needs and desires. She gave us SO MANY unique ideas that were practical and functional. She prevented us from making mistakes and offered great suggestions for what we were trying to accomplish. Catherine and Alex managed the design, measuring and installation coordination. Installation was a dream. We reviewed the designs countless times to make sure everything was designed to perfection. The installation team paid so much attention to every little detail. Alex was here the day the cabinets arrived and installation started, and Catherine came the next day to check the progress.Every cabinet is perfectly level, and every little nailhead was filled in with perfect color match. I do a lot of cooking and canning and this kitchen is my dream come true. It is absolutely beautiful and completely functional. I have a place for everything. The price was very very fair considering it's a 23.5 foot wide kitchen with one wall of cabinet cabinets, a 15' x 4' deep island, a beverage center that is 4' x 18", a balustrade that is 8 foot wide designed by an artist, all the wood trim for the windows and door in the entire Great Room, and a bathroom vanity and linen closet door. I still randomly, six months later, text Catherine how much I love this kitchen. Use Catherine and Alex and you will be the envy of all your friends with your super high-quality, stunningly, beautiful cabinets.

We had experienced OK rentals in the past with them via a community group we worked with so we had high hopes. We planned for a week-long rental and picked up the unit at the end of the day on Tuesday. After not seeing any water running from the outlet hose on Wednesday morning and seeing no water when the system purge was activated, we didn't believe the unit was working properly. Our other dehumidifiers were producing water and the humidity level in the basement was obvious. In addition, we found that the unit was leaking water from it's bottom onto the basement floor, which was causing more issues with dehumidifying the basement. Thursday morning, the unit was returned to the store noting the issues. The weekly rental was $140 and I would have reluctantly paid for 2 days of my 7-day rental at $40. However, since we returned the unit after only 2 days, Sunbelt insisted on the $45 daily rate. After some argument from my husband, they allowed a $10 reduction for our "trouble". So we paid ~$85 for a 2-day rental of a non-functional, problematic unit. I believe that, since the unit we rented did not work properly, we should not have been charged at all. The best resolution would have been to receive a working unit to fulfill the remainder of our 7-day rental. Instead, we purchased a new home dehumidifier and felt Sunbelt had taken advantage of our situation as flood victims. Update: After sending an e-mail of this situation to the manager, got a call from him even though it sounded like he was on vacation in Florida. He apologized and offered lots advice on water damage management. He offered to set us up with carpet fans today if we wanted and said that he would take care of crediting us when he returned to the store. Timing didn't allow to get the fans but it was nice to get a personal response and resolution.
