To my disappointment, the vanity and mirror we painted with a brush and roller instead of being spray painted. I confronted the painter and he blamed me for not specifying spray painting. A true company does not blame a customer and owns the mistake. Additionally, a true professional paints furniture with a spray gun and not with brush and roller. Now the vanity and mirror have a textured finish instead or a smooth finish. The painter told me that the finish would get smooth after it completely dries. Which was not true and misleading. The painter offered a discount on the price, which we accepted because he mentioned that the paint would be a smooth finish. We should have not paid for a bad job to begin with. I contacted Bush Bros Painting for a complete refund because the paint never smoothed out and it is a really bad job. The company said that I accept the discount and the painter worked on the paint job for two hours. The vanity and mirror now have a textured finish instead of a smooth finish.
