The ground beef is excellent too. Dennis is a true old-school butcher with a ton of experience. He's a gentleman, knows his trade, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in the quality of meat he puts in that case. I also really like that the meats are locally raised and finished. Another big plus is that you can call ahead and Dennis can cut what you want or need to order, which is something you just don't get at most big grocery stores anymore.
