I love the gentleman who works the counter. His customer service is 5 stars. He is also funny and easy to talk to. I appreciated that he was transparent about not being able to fix my boots long term. We were able to switch out the heel part of my dance shoes though. This cost me $17 to replace and took a little under two weeks to pick up. I paid up front. This is located close to downtown. I live nearby so walked, but there is some street parking around. If you want an affordable spot with honest and kind people, I recommend coming here.

I then gave them another pair of shoes for heel replacement because I was happy with my first pair. If you need shoes, boots, or buffing out of your shoes then I highly recommend this shop. Btw, you do need to pay them for services beforehand. I wear my shoes until the heels wear out and then have them replaced because comfort trumps fashion.
