This time, I got a combo deal of 2 beef & beans burritos and a fountain soda for $7. I actually tried to get the green chile and cheese burrito instead...but the staff said no..the deal only applied to beef & beans...well..womp womp! Turned out they didn't have the green chile & cheese ready anyways..so I ended up getting to try what Allsup's burrito is originally famous for instead. And..they were good! But..if I were to be honest..I loved the green chile and cheese much more! I am actually craving the green chile and cheese as I am typing this review now. So..you bet what I'm doing next, next time I have free time for some snack or a meal..I'm going to look up the closest Allsups and go have some more Allsup's burritos!

I figured I would grab some snacks to eat...and decided to stop by a gas station that was nearby..and..surprisingly discovered Allsup's burritos for the first time!! I had a green chile and cheese burrito with a cold bottle fo soda..and...wow...I was so hooked that I was debating going in there to get a second burrto! It was so good to the point I had to look up Allsup's burrito online and that was when I discovered the whole cult following Allsup's burrito. Pro tip: the one that people usually talk about are beef and beans ones...but..I swear..I loved the green chile and cheese so much that I don't even think about trying other flavors! They do have other flavors like beef & beans, chicken and green chile and chicken and beans(?) as well. The only one star was..if you were to buy a burrito on its own, you pay close to $4 for one, which, in my mind, is expensive (esp for a gas station food!). I happened to beg the gas station manager to get the $5 soda/burrito combo, which usually only applied to pepsi & beef and beans burrito. Go try this! The next time I pass by Allsup, you bet I'm not necessarily stopping by for gas or restroom...but all for their burritos!!

Today they said the house looked abandoned and they called several times and that USPS delviered on Sat and Sun. Wel they do not delivery on weekends and my property in Corrales has flood light and three house lights all night every day, and a cra parked in front of my entrance. They lie, and are rude. The supervisor was initially rude and seems her attitude spread to others, ONe said she was a pharmacist but I have never had a pharmcist talk to me in a coarse and rude manner. I am giving up and sorry I gave them a chance as they do not deserve my business. My foot is swollen and red and four days past day it was ordered. I am retired RN and have never had such indifferent and rude treatment by a pharmacy.

Sometimes the carbonation is out and the workers have to put in a work order in order to do something about it. They are not technicians, or allowed to try and fix the machine. They also cannot just switch a bib completely bc of the flavor of the soda. The workers are also not responsible for technical issues that occur with the pump, and they are not allowed to short the register bc of negligence. This costs them their jobs. The self checkouts are not that complicated, you put your items on the board, and you read the tablet to double check your items. Items that aren't read right, you scan. I have seen ppl fuel up, push 1 and try to push 1 again for pump 11. The option for pump 11 is on screen. That will just set your gas to pump 1. There are children who navigate the sec checkout fine. What really astounds me is how calm the staff is considering how often they deal with rude customers. Consider the location is a franchise and they have to follow a set of rules that cannot be overrun without a manager level or higher.

I can give them points for good stock and kind workers. My issues with this Circle K are all fixable issues that I feel are being overlooked, one in particular that I have a problem with. 1. They have a FReal Ice Cream machine-- has been broken or without any stock in the freezer for months to a year now. (small issue there but still sad) 2. This Circle K is listed as a 24 Hour convenience store, which is really good for the community especially being that it is in really close proximity to the Rust Hospital with everything else in the area being closed. (minus Whataburger).. but this Circle K has consistently closed between 11pm-5:30am over MULTIPLE years now. while maybe not a big deal for most, i see many nurses (or family members, etc) get out of their cars to go into the store and it be closed. Nurses. Healthcare professionals. I feel like we can do better than that for our community. Or at least be honest about your true hours online and everywhere... and I mean this in no malicious intent, I would soon love to bite my words and change my review.. cause like I said-- great store otherwise.. but needs work after dark.
